Micro Web Systems Inc agrees to provide the digital marketing services described in the specific proposal or service agreement. These may include SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, and Web Design. Timelines for results are estimates only and not guarantees.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices for services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in a immediate pause of campaign activities and ad spend.

3. Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Micro Web Systems Inc and its licensors. Client data remains property of the Client.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

5. Changes

Micro Web Systems Inc reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
